• A minimum of 50 % by weight of the coffee shall stand on a sieve with round holes of 6.00 mm (screen number 15)
• The coffee may contain 'Pea berry' subject to a maximum of 25% by weight
• A maximum of 0.5 % by weight of the coffee may be blacks and browns
• The coffee may contain 'triage' *subject to a maximum of 3 % by weight
• Maximum permissible moisture 12.0 %
•  Extraneous matter and mould not to exceed 0.2% by weight

• A minimum of 90 % by weight of the coffee shall stand on a sieve with round holes of 6.00 mm(screen number 15)
• A minimum of 25 % by weight of the coffee shall stand on a sieve with round holes of 6.65 mm (screen number 17)
• A maximum of 1.5 % by weight of the coffee may pass through a sieve with holes of 5.50 mm (screen number 14)
• The coffee may contain 'Pea berry' subject to a maximum of 2 % by weight
• A maximum of 0.5 % by weight of the coffee may be blacks and browns
• The coffee may contain 'triage' * subject to a maximum of 1.0 % by weight
• Maximum permissible moisture 12 %
• Extraneous matter and mould not to exceed 0.2% by weight

On the expiry date, contracts expiring on that day will not be available for trading after 5.00 p.m.
